Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, EU, and Republic of Ireland & Channel Isles. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from the time we process your order subject to stock, we also offer a next day delivery service.

Next Day Deliveries:
Orders must be received and processed by 3pm to qualify for next day delivery. You shall be notified either by phone or e-mail should we encounter a problem when processing your order. Orders received after 3pm will not be dispatched until the following day, thus the next day delivery becomes a 48 hour delivery so it’s essential to get your order in before 3pm.

Delivery charges:
We have three pricing brackets with regard to delivery and they are as follows:

Unlike many of our competitors we only have one flat delivery charge regardless of the number of items that you are purchasing. For example, if you order a carry case a 2-3 day delivery would cost £5.99. Alternatively if you ordered a carry case, a mouse, a web-cam and a USB pen drive the charge for the delivery would still be £5.99. When several items are ordered the system does not charge you for every product, it will only charge you for the product which is the most expensive to deliver, all other products are then delivered at the same time at no additional cost.

All of the above delivery details apply to UK mainland ONLY. Orders to the EU, Republic of Ireland and outlying Islands may incur a surcharge, please call for more details before ordering.
