1. ADVICE
With all the changes in Information Technology in this day and age, we believe it’s important for you to be able to obtain advice and information on products before purchasing. Our sales representatives will be happy to provide this free of charge and our phone number is on every page of our site. Just pick up the phone and give us a call !!

With over 40,000 products on our site and partnerships with brand names such as Acer, HP/Compaq, Packard Bell, Samsung, Sony & Toshiba, we can offer the latest products as soon as they are available.

PRICE
All our products are sold at near trade prices and we constantly compare them to other competitors to ensure they remain good value for money.

SUPPORT
Once you have purchased from us, we are sure you will be happy and safe in the knowledge that the product you have purchased is excellent value for money. Our service does not stop there, our after sales support system are on hand to help even after your warranty expires !! We are confident you will be a happy customer of ours for years to come.

2. You can place an order by adding your products to the shopping cart and then choosing go to checkout, you can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also order via the telephone by calling our sales team on 0151 523 4250.
If you would like to pay for your products by cheque, please let us know so that we can reserve stock on your behalf. Payment can take 5 – 7 working days to clear using this method.

3. Of course, you should never ever have to pay for advice. You can send an e-mail with any problems or queries you may to sales@whichlaptop.co.uk or alternatively please call 0151 523 4250 and we will be happy to help.
Our trained representatives are very knowledgeable on all our products and they will be gladly willing to advise you.

4. Yes. We check our prices daily with our competitors to ensure that all our products are sold at near trade prices. We cannot guarantee however to always be the cheapest, but we guarantee that we can offer you the best all round package.

5. We offer a minimum of 12 months warranty on all our products. Some New laptops come complete with a 2 or 3 year warranty depending on the manufacturer.

6. Yes. Our service does not stop once you have made your purchase, we are eager to help you in any way possible and we would like you to get the best out of your product. If you need any help, advice or you have a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail (cs@whichlaptop.co.uk) or telephone on 0151 523 4250 (ask for customer service).

7. Our delivery system is set up so it benefits you, the customer. For example, if you purchased a laptop from us and a web-camera or carry case, instead of charging two delivery charges, we only charge for one. Our system will automatically use the highest delivery charge.

So instead of having to pay this :

Laptop - Delivery Charge £12.99 inc VAT
Web-Camera or Carry Case - Delivery Charge £6.50 inc VAT
TOTAL DELIVERY CHARGES - £19.49 inc VAT.

You only pay for the delivery charge for the laptop which is £12.99 inc VAT !!

8. We can deliver to your works address if paying by cheque or bank transfer. If you are using a debit or credit card as payment we can only ship to the address that the card is registered to. You can add additional addresses onto your card by calling your bank.

9. Be assured that your credit card data is safe when conducting transactions with whichlaptop.co.uk. We use Full 128-bit encryption giving you industry standard security and a security certificate from the familiar Thawte. If you still feel unsafe with paying online please call us on 0151 523 4250 to complete your order.

10. We do not ship outside the UK at this moment in time.

11. If you have purchased a laptop, printer or monitor and it has developed a fault within the warranty period, you will need to
contact the manufacturer. We have listed their contact numbers below. For all other products, please contact customer service who will rectify the problem for you. You can e-mail them on cs@whichlaptop.co.uk or telephone on 0151 523 4250 (ask for customer services).

12. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am till 5.00pm, Sunday 10.00am to 4pm.

13. You can cancel an order anytime before we have debited the money from your card. We also offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Please see Returns for terms and conditions.
